Conditions

1	These terms do not apply to credit card bookings made via Villarenters. Please read the Villarenters conditions when you make your reservation.

2	Booking Confirmation - We accept provisional bookings via e-mail or over the phone. Your booking will be officially accepted when we receive a completed booking form, together with the correct payment.

3	Deposit and Payment

·	For bookings made more than 8 weeks before the first night of the holiday, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the accommodation cost should be sent with a completed booking form. The balance will be due 8 weeks prior to the first night.

·	For bookings made less than 8 weeks before the first night, full payment should be sent with the completed booking form.

·	Security Deposit - A 'breakage/damage' deposit of £100.00 will be due with final payment. This will be returned a few days after your holiday once our manager has inspected the cottage.

Cancellation - We hope that everything goes smoothly. However, if you wish to cancel your holiday at short notice, we will need to cover our loss. Therefore, bookings cancelled within 6 weeks of travel will not be refunded. You should, of course, be able to recover these costs from your travel insurance.

5	Booking Period - The property will be available from 4pm on the date that booking commences and must be vacated by noon on day of departure.

6	Insurance - Please make sure that you have adequate travel insurance to cover for accident and loss.
